Unlock the science of the "Second Brain" using a full palate of flavors to get plant diversity, fiber and microbes in your meals. Join an intimate group of just six students for a high-end deep dive into the latest nutritional research. We’re moving beyond basic nutrition to explore how plant diversity, fiber, and living microbes work together to fuel a thriving microbiome. You’ll learn how to transform raw garden bounty into sophisticated, texture-rich meals that are as beautiful as they are beneficial. It’s chef-inspired wellness for the modern palate—sophisticated, science-backed, and effortlessly bright.
The Experience
The Garden-to-Gut Connection: Learn the "why" behind microbes and how to harvest fiber rich garden veggies to keep their beneficial properties intact.
Sip & Study: Enjoy a chilled glass of fruit flavored water kefir (with an optional spike!) while we discuss how to keep water kefir grains that make a fermented, living drink to act as the perfect companion to fiber-heavy meals.
Architecture of the Bowl: We’ll build a master salad together, focusing on roasted seed clusters, sautéed "staple" veggies, and the complex flavor layering of a vinegrette.
