The Morning Ritual
Saturday, April 4th | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $150 per person
Forget the rushed cereal bowls. This is a three hour masterclass and morning social for six students in the art of the intentional breakfast. Sip a mimosa while we elevate your family’s morning routine by diving into the science of gut-healthy fermentation and fiber-rich textures. You’ll learn how thermophilic bacteria transform milk into creamy, probiotic-rich yogurt, how a low-and-slow roast creates the perfect, crunchy and nutritious granola, and we will top it off by learning how you can whip up a couple jars of jelly at home, fueling your family for weeks. It’s a high-end, chef-led social designed to help you stock your kitchen and make mornings a delight.

Sip & Socialize: Enjoy mimosas and handmade coffee as you work.
The Chef’s Table: Dig into a prepared breakfast of our signature granola, house-made jam, and yogurt while we discuss the "why" and “how” behind the ingredients.
Making your own: Get hands on to discover how temperature control ensures a thick, tangy yogurt, how pectin and acidity create that perfect "set" for artisanal jam, and just the right crunch for your granola.

Go home with a jars of the yogurt and jelly we make together in class and all the recipes and tips you need to replicate it for your family.
